Your account cannot be used without your authorization as we will always ask for your password. So keep your account password safe.
Will a RechargeCentral employee ever call me and ask for my security code or password? ANSWER
No. Except for the initial phone call to verify your identity and authenticate your account, ReachargeCentral will not call you seeking your security code, credit card or other personal information.
I forgot my password. What can I do? ANSWER
To retrieve your password, go to the Login screen. You will see a link that says 'Forgot your password?' Click on the link and you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once entered, your password will be delivered to the email address in your membership account information.
How can I change my membership information? ANSWER
Once you login to your account, you will see a link called 'My Account.' Click on the link and you will be taken to a page where you can edit your membership information.

How can I get the details about each card, such as rates and disclaimers? ANSWER
Simply click on the card you're interested in to view all the relevant information pertaining to that card.
What is the maximum purchase allowed for Prepaid Calling Cards? ANSWER
To protect our customers, each user account has a set maximum of $100 per month for prepaid calling card purchases.
When I purchase a Calling Card, how do I receive the PIN number? ANSWER
Your purchased Pin Number will be emailed to the address specified in your membership form.
How soon will I be able to use the card after purchasing it? ANSWER
You will be able to make calls immediately.
How many minutes does each denomination provide? ANSWER
The number of minutes available is determined based on the individual rates of the country you are calling. Each time you use your Prepaid Card to place a call, the number of minutes available for that particular call will be calculated by a system and announced to you before connection.
Can I purchase your Prepaid Calling Cards over the phone? ANSWER
No. You can only purchase our Prepaid Calling Cards on our website.
Will I receive periodic bills? ANSWER
No. This is a Prepaid Calling Card service that is paid for in advance, so you will never receive a bill.
Can I transfer the balance on my Calling Card? ANSWER
No. You are unable to transfer any remaining balance on your Calling Card. All credits must be used before expiry.
Each Calling Card has access numbers. Are they all the same? ANSWER
No. Each type of Calling Card has a different and specific access number which you must dial.
When I purchase a Calling Card, will I receive the actual Calling Card in the mail? ANSWER
No. We do not send out actual Calling Cards. To protect you with your first purchase, we will call you at home to verify your identification for the established account and credit card. Once verified, you will be able to purchase and retrieve PIN numbers immediately.
Can I get a refund or replacement for lost, stolen or expired PINs and unauthorised use ? ANSWER
Prepaid Calling Card PINs are non-refundable. No refund or replacement is provided for lost, stolen or expired PINs or any unauthorized use. For inaccurate billing or missing minutes on your card, please contact the phone card issuing company directly. Their customer service number can be found on our phone card web page or the calling instructions sent to you via email.
